It will be at the discretion of the Fire Company to chose a Drawing Date which will be posted on our Facebook page. Drawing will be conducted and Live Streamed online via Facebook at https://www.facebook.com/HalfwayVFC/ .

Hafer's Gunsmithing will recieve a copy of the Winners Notification Letter that will be sent out to the winner. The winner will need to have a copy of their letter, valid Identification, and the necessary HQL paperwork necesary to receive a regulated firearm. If in need of obtaining an HQL or you have questions on what you need to pick up the item, you can contact Hafer's Gunsmithing at (240) 347-4906 or visit their website "hafersguns.com". Drawing Date TBD!

There is no shpping involved! The item must be picked up at Hafer's Gun Smithing at their Hagerstown Location at 15411 National Pike or their Fallingwaters site at 6541 Williamsport Pike! All claims by the winner must be completed within 30 days of notification of winning unless arrangments are made prior to deadline! Any unclaimed prizes will be forfeited over to the Fire Company!
